For many years the development of robotics has been primarily targeted at the industrial sector, however now there is a significant shift of robotic application to the medical and welfare fields. The Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences’ timing regarding the adoption of the “Hybrid Professional Development Program” is perfect. Our goals regarding the program are as follows:
1) To raise competent Medical Engineering Hybrid Professionals who can make a difference in the world.
2) To provide innovation in the fields of medical and nursing care related equipment.
3) As a unique Medical - Engineering collaborative model to be well supported by the respective industries.
4) To attract the interest and enthusiastic participation of many young people in this course.
5) For this course to contribute to the growth of Nagasaki University.
