“Hybrid Medics”

“Hybrid Medics” refers to medical professionals taking leading roles in the development of Medical equipment. The developing of such hybrid medics will stimulate international competitiveness in the innovation of new medical equipment and in the future go on to forge links bridging practicality and research in the local community. In order to develop such hybrid medics requires a high level of mutual collaboration between both Medical and Engineering educational at both undergraduate and graduate levels.

With the collaborative input from both engineering and medical lecturers engineering majors can take part in medical practicums and medical majors can take part in engineering practicums.
