The logo for the Center for comprehensive Community Care Education.

The selected logo was designed by Marina Yamaguchi, a third-year student in the Community Medicine Division of the Faculty of Medicine in Nagasaki University.

< Concept of the Logo >

Green : Represents the verdant Nagasaki Prefecture, and their people.
Orange : Represents a kind heart entrusted by the warmth of the color, and the passion for medicine. The motif of the heart and palm of the hands connects lives to medical care, welfare, healthcare and nursing. It also represents a medical approach of multidisciplinary collaboration, and the holding of hands between patients and medical staff.
Blue : Represents our center, which is a leading training and research center that nurtures a calm research-oriented mind and medicine.

The logo is represented by the blue color (the Center) which supports the orange color (compassion for others, passion for medicine, and multidisciplinary collaboration), and green color supported by both blue and orange colors (people of Nagasaki). Furthermore the three circles represent a triangular shape of the map of Nagasaki that is connected by Tsushima, Goto, and Shimabara Peninsula.
